Eye Intuition Telecoms provides broadband connectivity solutions, including LTE and Fixed Wireless Broadband connections delivered through wireless, microwave or other available network technologies.
Availability, speeds, coverage and performance may depend on network coverage, signal conditions, terrain, equipment, congestion, upstream providers, power availability and other factors outside our direct control.
Advertised speeds represent the applicable service package and do not necessarily guarantee a constant throughput under all conditions.
Customers are responsible for providing suitable power, access to the installation premises and any other requirements reasonably necessary for the installation and operation of the service.
Internet services must be used lawfully and in accordance with any applicable acceptable-use requirements and the terms of the relevant upstream network or service provider.
Eye Intuition Telecoms may provide VoIP lines, virtual numbers, hosted PBX extensions, communication hardware and related voice services.
VoIP services may depend on internet connectivity, upstream telecommunications providers, third-party platforms and network availability. Service quality may therefore be affected by factors outside our control.
Customers are responsible for keeping account credentials, extensions, passwords and other access information secure.
VoIP services must not be used for fraud, unlawful communications, abusive calling, unsolicited communications, manipulation of caller identification, toll fraud or any other prohibited activity.
Where necessary to protect our network, customers, service providers or telecommunications systems, we may suspend or restrict services where suspicious or abusive activity is detected, subject to applicable law and contractual requirements.
Managed IT services may include technical support, system administration, troubleshooting, monitoring, maintenance, configuration, user support and related IT services.
The specific services included in a managed IT package will depend on the applicable quotation, service plan or agreement.
Additional work outside the agreed service scope may be charged separately and will normally be communicated to the customer before the additional work is undertaken.
Customers remain responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of important data unless a specific backup service has been purchased and agreed in writing.
Networking services may include network design, installation, configuration, Wi-Fi deployment, routers, switches, access points, structured cabling, wireless links and related technology solutions.
Network performance may depend on customer equipment, building structures, interference, environmental conditions, upstream services and other technical factors.
Any network design or recommendation is based on the information and conditions available to us at the time of assessment.
Eye Intuition Telecoms provides security and surveillance solutions which may include CCTV systems, alarms, access control, intercoms, gate and door automation, electric fencing, time and attendance systems, integrations, maintenance and related security technology.
Security systems are designed to assist with monitoring, detection, access management and security management. No security system can guarantee the prevention of theft, intrusion, damage, loss or other criminal activity.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the use of surveillance, recording and monitoring equipment complies with applicable laws and privacy requirements.
Installation work may include mounting equipment, cabling, configuration, wireless equipment installation, CCTV installation, networking and other technical work.
Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to the installation location and disclose any known hazards or conditions that may affect the work.
Additional charges may apply where site conditions require additional materials, labour, equipment, travel or work beyond the original quotation.
Installation dates and completion times may change due to weather, equipment availability, site access, technical conditions or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for equipment supplied by them or retained at their premises unless the equipment is owned and managed by Eye Intuition Telecoms under a specific agreement.
Customers must take reasonable steps to protect equipment from theft, physical damage, water, electrical damage, power surges and other foreseeable risks.
Where customer-owned equipment affects the performance of a service, additional troubleshooting, replacement or configuration charges may apply.
Some products and services may rely on third-party manufacturers, suppliers, telecommunications providers, hosting providers, cloud platforms, payment providers, couriers or other service providers.
Third-party services are subject to the applicable third-party terms, policies and service conditions. Eye Intuition Telecoms is not responsible for interruptions, changes or failures caused exclusively by third-party providers, subject to applicable law.
Products may be subject to manufacturer warranties or other applicable warranty provisions. Warranty periods and conditions may differ between manufacturers and products.
Customers must report suspected defective, damaged or incorrect products as soon as reasonably possible after receiving them.
Returns, refunds, replacements and warranty claims are handled in accordance with our Refund and Returns Policy and applicable South African consumer protection laws.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or limit a consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Cancellation terms may vary depending on whether the customer has purchased a product, broadband service, VoIP service, managed IT service, installation or another service.
Where a service is subject to a fixed-term agreement, minimum commitment or separate service contract, the cancellation and termination provisions contained in that agreement will apply.
Eye Intuition Telecoms may suspend or terminate a service where the customer materially breaches these Terms, fails to make required payments, engages in unlawful or abusive activity, or creates a significant risk to our systems, network, staff, customers or service providers, subject to applicable law and contractual requirements.
Customers must use Eye Intuition Telecoms services responsibly and lawfully. Services must not be used to facilitate or participate in activities that are illegal, fraudulent, abusive or harmful to our network, systems, employees, customers or third parties.
Additional acceptable-use requirements may apply to broadband, VoIP, hosting, managed IT and other services. These requirements may be provided through a separate Acceptable Use Policy or service agreement.
Services may occasionally be interrupted due to maintenance, equipment failure, power outages, network congestion, telecommunications failures, weather, environmental conditions, upstream provider issues or other circumstances.
Eye Intuition Telecoms will make reasonable efforts to restore affected services and communicate material service interruptions where reasonably practicable.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances reasonably outside our control, including natural disasters, severe weather, infrastructure failures, civil emergencies, government actions, third-party network failures or other force majeure events, subject to applicable law.
Customers are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of important business, personal and operational data unless backup services have been specifically purchased and agreed upon.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or amended to the extent necessary to make it enforceable where legally possible, and the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
These Terms, together with any applicable quotation, service agreement, order confirmation, policies or other written terms applicable to a particular product or service, form the agreement governing the relevant transaction or service relationship.
Where a separate written service agreement applies to a particular service, the terms of that agreement will apply to the extent that they specifically govern that service.
